Really glad they've done this because getting a 3DS just for the new Pokemon games seems silly! Glad there's another way I can play!

£ wors (because I have to do more than one Razz) It's a Rubbish idea that would only be worth it if it is way cheaper than the 3ds Razz I know more than 3 words xD

Cus it can play 3DS games in 2D....which the 3DS can already do...

I guess its just a cheaper alternative to the 3DS so people who dont care about the 3D dont have to pay for it.

It also has all the new Internet and e-shop stuff which was improved for the 3DS. But yes, it's basically an alternative to those who aren't so fussed about the 3D effects.

As a die-hard Nintendo fan, I don't particularly like this. It's a good idea for younger gamers but the design doesn't suit my taste - I like the clamshell designs. Also it's only £25 cheaper than a standard 3DS in Game and also all 3DS games are designed with 3D in mind... And the 3D can be disabled on the 3DS by parental controls. But I'm not to argue as people will want a 2DS to save them some money and the 3D feature isn't that popular among gamers. I'll see how well it does when released.
