Ann Crispin, one of the most celebrated tie-in authors in fandom, with novels set in Star Trek, Star Wars, V, and many other universes, has passed away on Sept. 6th, after a long struggle with cancer.


I remember reading a number of her ST novels (and her adaptation of the "V" miniseries) back in the '80s. She wrote some of my favorite ST Pocket books, including "Yesterday's Son" (sequel to "All Our Yesterdays") and "Sarek."
