Jobs?

Does anyone here have a job? If so, what do you do?

I don't have an official job but I do housework for my Nan and get paid so kind of

I don't have a job where I'm earning wage either, but I do a lot around the house for my mum, and it doesn't go unrewarded.

I am a Netball Coach, but they never tell me when the League is back on. It's for Year 4-6 girls aged between 9 and 11

I help my grandma out for a tenner a week, which isn't bad

I've just finished a 3-day stint doing some database management for a friend's company this week. Pretty mundane stuff, but it paid well

If you can get any kind of work experience in a proper working environment, I'd really recommend it. Coming hope with money in your pocket after a hard day's work is really satisfying

I did work experience at an HC One establishment in September 2012. It was thoroughly enjoyable - had a great time!

I'm leaving school in May this year, and hopefully going on to do NC Acting & Theatre Performance at college in September. Failing that, I'll probably try and get a job (if I don't get into my secondment application, NC Media at college).

Worked at a go kart track for my work experience, was great fun but one of the guys who mainly supervised me (awesome guy) passed away last year in an accident so has sort of put me off with memories etc. I do a paper round but applied for some real ones around christmas, had no luck though so shall try again fairly soon as would love one to start earning some proper money!

Technically this is a job, but I'll explain
I know someone who is releasing an EP on the 'independent release' think you can do on iTunes, but he needs a CD cover. So, he asked me to do it So, yeah, it is a job, but because we're close, Im not getting paid or anything.

I'm working towards being a Graphic Designer. Designing posters and DVDs has always been my dream. I also love photography and using Photoshop.

I'm hoping to go into a Science based job, such as Quantum Physics, as that stuff really interests me. Though I have hobbies, such as making gaming videos and me and my mate having an electro music channel.

It seems pointless to have a jobs thread and only talk about current jobs though There's no point making another thread "What do you want to do when you're older" as there's already this one. It makes sense

I work as an engineer for my father's business, I'm not qualified per-say but I've been doing it since I was 8, so I've had a lot more experience in the field than most people coming out of college and university. I also do building work, same situation.

I have a paper round and enjoy it, always nice to get out of the house on your own for a walk now and again. But im always applying for jobs, I need more money!

I get £20 a month, 10 months a year. But I don't exactly do anything to earn it

Currently job hunting until I get to college in September. Not gonna be easy, but I'm hoping I can pick something part-time up for through the summer.

I might be getting a summer job during the holidays this year, nothing is for certain though. TBH I'm not really interested in getting a proper job until I leave school which won't be for another two years due to doing sixth form.

I may be getting a job at the local pub if they respond before the summer holidays but nothing concrete yet though.

Was going to try and get a job but Summer is the worst season. Not only have you got everyone who's finished their GCSE's looking for summer jobs, but you've got Uni and College students returning for the summer as well. :/
